Determine Scope of Work

Once we are in agreement about what the project entails, we will make a list of what needs to be completed.

Quote

All of the information and the scope of work will be transferred to the quote document detailing all of the work to be completed for the project, along with individual costing of each item, payment terms and methods.

Schedule Project

Kitchen cabinets are a multi-step process. We will need to plan for each step to be completed, including an install of cabinet doors and drawers and painting of cabinet boxes (three trips), and finally installation of newly refinished doors and drawer fronts.

Start Job
  • Our technicians arrive at the site with the project manager for introductions and all of the materials necessary for the tasks planned that particular day are delivered. Access to the house is discussed and agreed-upon.
  • All doors and drawer fronts are removed and labelled and carefully packed in bins.
  • Cabinet boxes are cleaned, lightly sanded and one coat of primer is applied and left to dry.
  • Painters return at an agreed time to paint the first coat on the cabinet boxes. They are then left to dry.
  • The doors and drawer fronts are prepped and sprayed with one coat of primer and two coats of color.
  • The painters return for a final coat on the boxes to be left to dry again.
  • Once the doors are fully completed they are returned to the site and installed.
Upon Job Completion

Upon completion of the job, the project manager and the homeowner inspect the work done and determine if any touch-ups are required. If needed, touch-ups are completed at that time. The satisfied customer then signs off on the project.

Payment

After the customer signs off on the completed project, payment arrangements are made as per the terms and conditions outlined in the quote.
